I am sincerely delighted to write a letter of recommendation for the planning and organization services offered by Ace Event Group. Simply put, the level of work is unparalleled in their thoughtfulness, creativity, competence and organization. I have known Kellie and had the opportunity of working professionally with her since 2010.

One event in particular was outstanding above the rest and continues to leave its mark on me as an event coordinator myself. In 2011, Kellie hosted a corporate holiday party where I was the event manager and catering coordinator. She was absolutely charming to work with thanks to her positive attitude and strong communication skills via email or over the phone. She adhered to each of the venue’s deadlines and policies without the handholding that some other event coordinators require which was much appreciated. Kellie made herself available for my endless list of questions and needs as the hosting venue such as décor, food and beverage, timelines, etc. with a list of insightful and productive questions herself to make sure all of our ‘t’s were crossed. No detail was too small or too large for her to address and her efforts paid off tremendously. She captured the holiday spirit and the guests had a wonderful time due to her creativity, flexibility and passion for the people attending the event.

Kellie's work ethic is hard to match and I consider myself lucky to have her as a colleague and resource in the event planning industry. As the Assistant Director of Special Events at WWU in Bellingham and handling a number of events, venues and vendors myself I come across a number of event coordinators that would be hard pressed to hold a candle to Kellie’s expertise and level of commitment to this ever changing and very demanding field (and all with that big smile of hers!). I cannot say enough good things about Kellie’s value as a professional event coordinator and would highly recommend her without hesitation.
